One of the leading MMO developers in the World has a number of openings for experienced Engine Programmers. Our client based in the South East is currently developing multiple MMOs within various genres with its talented development team of over 450 individuals. As an Engine Programmer you will either join their existing engine team to help with the progression of its technology or join an exciting new engine team faced with the challenging task of creating a brand new system.

Ideally you will have a background developing engines for console and PC games. Salary on offer will be dependant on experience so whether you’re an industry veteran looking for a new challenge or a top graduate looking to jump in at the deep end this is a great opportunity.

Minimum Requirements:

• Highly talented coding engines in Java and C++
• Good knowledge of code designs
• Knowledge of Windows OS, or another main OS or platform
• Good knowledge of OpenGL, DirectX and 3D rendering
• Has developed programs to a high standard as a hobby or in a commercial environment
• Hands on experience of Unreal, Ogre, Unity, CryEngine, Havok, Gamebryo or similar engine with a focus on its development or optimisation.
• An interest in MMOs and current gaming technology
