Expert Unity 3D graphics and mobile Developer

We are looking for an expert Unity 3D developer with proven experience of creating high-performance real-time 3D graphics for multiple mobile platforms (primarily iOS and Android). Our product uses very large textures and terrains, so in-depth understanding of how to optimise 3D graphics performance with limited resources is central to this role.

Key Skills:
– Expert Unity 3D Editor experience using C#, including familiarity with Unity APIs, 3D maths and mobile deployment
– Shader programming – specifically Unity ShaderLab and Cg languages
– Real-time graphics/game development optimisation for constrained platforms (i.e. console/mobile)
– Experience using Xcode to build, provision and deploy to TestFlight and development devices
– Excellent written & verbal communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
– Independent, organized, and able to design and architect solutions to a high-level brief
– Detail-oriented
– Unit testing
Desirable Skills:
– iOS Objective-C development experience
– Android development experience
– Other mobile platforms development experience
– HTML5 with WebGL

Location: Bristol, UK. Remote working will be considered for the right candidate.

Employment: Contract, with potential to switch to permanent if it works for both sides.
