Stick Sports Ltd is seeking a Technical Project Manager to work on our mobile games projects. Based in London (Shoreditch) we are looking for an exceptional candidate to manage projects throughout their lifecycle, from initiation through design and development to release and subsequent updates.
Stick Sports Ltd is a fast growing indie studio specialising in casual sports games for web and mobile. We’ve already enjoyed top 10 successes with Stick Tennis and Stick Cricket by combining simple, fast gameplay with fun and quirky graphics. With 50 million downloads to date we are now looking to expand our portfolio of games with new sports and new games in mobile, social and web.

Ideally, you will have:
At least two years of experience as either a producer or Project manager with a portfolio of at least 2 published F2P titles on iOs and Android, produced with small to medium sized teams.
Fluent in iOs and Android development including Xcode, provisioning, game centre, google store, IAP management, Social media and 3rd party SDK’s
familiarity with server functionality including Json, mySQL and AWS management as well as Unity3D.
Strong project management skills, with experience leading project scoping, scheduling, and delivery through inhouse and outsourced teams.
Excellent presentational skills (oral and written) and a solid grasp of the technical, art and design fundamentals required in games development.
Ability to run Scrum and Agile management techniques, define priorities and team workflow
Experience with Analytics, source control (Github), QA, localisation.

Responsibilities will include:
Coordinating the internal development team and external contractors.
managing QA, Localisation, Live Ops and app store submissions.
Planning of all tasks and assets within a project, ensuring the correct balance of quality, time and budget.
Helping to develop and evolve new and existing production methodologies, pipelines and processes.
Driving communication within the team, as well as with relevant stakeholders and departments (e.g. marketing).
Supporting the project team; defining goals, scheduling workflow, feedback, solving issues and maintain motivation.
