Position overview:
The Unity / Flash Developer will assist in the development and maintaining of the front and back-end
Systems efforts, with a particular focus on Unity3d application development for Client Server and Web development projects. Resource will also assist in existing Flash support efforts.

Responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to:
• Work with creative directors, video and sound producers, QA and product managers in developing maintaining applications.
• Develop and build applications in Unity3d, C# or MonoC#, HTML, and Flash CS3 and Action Script 2.0 and 3.0.
• Understand and gather requirements. Create technical designs and document all system changes.
• Perform support duties on critical issues
• Perform unit/system and integration testing on own work and the work of others
• Participate/Lead in Design and Code Reviews
• Follow and enhance existing development processes
• Measure and verify that new and old code has acceptable performance and scalability metrics
• Consistently meet project deadlines.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Desired Skills and Experience

Qualifications and Experience
• One to Two years of Unity3d Development for game development is required
• Extensive knowledge of MonoC# or C# for game development is required
• Three (3) to five (5) years of Flash development experience.
• Knowledge of Flash CS3, AS2 and AS3 is required.
• Understanding of OOP principals
• Up to date on Unity3d and mobile game development trends and best practices
• Experience on integration with web technologies such as XML, JSON, JavaScript, Web Services, and ASP, NET.
• Development or customization of authoring-efficiency tools (Flash-based WYSIWYG tools to author XML-based content) using Flash, and xml technologies.
• Database knowledge (SQL preferred)
• Knowledge of Unity3DFlash video development
• Experience with optimizing design for various bandwidth and platform requirements.
• Two (2) plus years of collaborative development experience.
• Experience in all aspects of the software development lifecycle
• Team-oriented experience highly desired
• Knowledge of user-centered UI design, human factors, human-computer interaction, and usability highly desired.
Education and Skills
• Bachelors of fine Arts in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Interactive Design, Computer Science
• Good organizational and communication skills required.
• Ability to assess problems and solve them with a strong sense of urgency.
• Ability to handle aggressive deadlines and juggle multiple responsibilities.
• Analytical and creative thinker.
