Unity Game Developer
SteamRoll East is seeking a Unity Game Developer. This is a full-time position where you will be part of a team developing mobile games for various genres and alternative gaming markets. We’re looking for developers who have a passion for creating games, learning on the job and working with many different technologies.

Skills/Qualifications:
• Strong knowledge in several domains (3D, Math/Physics, Shaders, Animation, Software Design, AI, Optimization, Networking)
• Strong Logics and Game Mechanics skillset
• Team player and must take responsibilities
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
• Minimum 1+ years of experience in Unity/iOS/Android development
• Proficient in C#, C++, or Java
• Experience developing on multiple gaming platforms (mobile, console, etc.)
• Strong debugging skills with ability to work in large existing codebase, learn new systems/concepts and implement them quickly and efficiently
• Solid understanding of OOP and game-programming design patterns.
• Excellent data structure and algorithm knowledge

Responsibilities:
– Code and develop new & existing games and features such as gameplay, IAPs, prototypes, implementation of SDKs, etc.
– Inspire technical solutions while spearheading multiple games.
– Review code and design decisions with teammates and propose changes and improvements to promote scalable, reliable, and maintainable technologies for our gaming platforms.
– Promote code maintainability, extensibility, and reusability across all mobile devices.
– Provide feedback to help shape the final product of our games in terms of gameplay and user experience.
– Monitor the technical performance of games including server code performance, server-client communication issues, bugs, and crashes.
