DigitalFish has an immediate need for a Software Engineer – Unity/AR to help us create the future of user experiences in mixed reality (AR/VR/MR).

– Author new experiences for a proprietary AR platform
– Take ownership of technical issues and lead the team to resolve them
– Architect pipeline to efficiently stream, transform and render 3D data from a backend service
– Manage optimization in Unity for release to desktop and mobile devices
– Evaluate and recommend third-party software solutions
– Document common problems and resolutions in support of future efforts
– Help drive cross-disciplinary efforts to invent the future of human-computer interaction

Job Requirements

– BS/BA in Computer Science or related engineering field
– Minimum 5 years of professional development experience in C++/C#
– 3+ years experience in large-scale projects for VR, games, VFX, broadcast or film
– Strong Unity and general programming skills
– Experience with software-architecture and algorithm design
– Good understanding of 3D graphics fundamentals
– Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology
– Self-motivated with strong communications skills and able to work both in a team and independently
– Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
