3D Generalist

You must have in-depth 3D knowledge and the ability to devise and create complex models and effects to an exceptional standard. You must demonstrate a true understanding of the subtleties of modeling, the texture of surfaces, the lighting of 3D creations and the ability to seamlessly bed an effect into a scene. You must possess in depth knowledge on rigging and animating both organic and inorganic models.

Responsibilities:
Modeling and texturing of organic and inorganic models in Maya, ZBrush, Substance Designer and Substance Painter.
Create both high poly, high resolution and low poly game-ready 3D models based on concept art and reference images.
Create industrial/architectural Models based on CAD plans and blueprints.
Design and apply textures to and rig your own models, as well as those created by other artists.
Assure that all completed assets for both test and polished software releases are consistent with the team’s creative vision as well as the overall brand guidelines.
Modify and optimize existing assets for implementation of both quick-and-dirty tests and polished production work.
Animate organic and inorganic models to produce realistic and lifelike simulations
Skills & Experience:
In Depth Knowledge of 3D modeling, texturing, lighting, animation, rigging.
Knowledge in general Rendering principles.
Knowledge in general compositing principles.
Strong aesthetic sensibility, good use of color.
Confident in the visual exploration of abstract concepts.
Creative and design oriented, excellent communicator, good with teamwork.
Self-motivated problem solver.
Working within an Agile software development framework to assure timely review of all assets by the Lead, the prompt implementation of revisions wherever necessary, and swift deliveries of completed assets to the Technical Artist and/or Programming team in production-ready formats.
Takes initiative to experiment with new software and industry trends.
Reliable, focused, and detail-oriented.
Excels under pressure and can maintain a calm demeanor at all times.
Ability to work both independently and cooperatively in a fast-paced environment.
