[Internship][Volunteer] Unity Developer for Charitable Game

Humanitarian Operations – (HOPE) is a ‘First Responder Disaster Relief Agency’ established on September 1st, 2004, when the Bahamian Government became overwhelmed by the disaster and destruction caused by Hurricane Frances.
At the end of 2018, many of those involved sought approval to establish a charitable organisation that would be free to assist on a needs-assessed basis – in line with the principles established by the United Nations.
Humanitarian Operations has now had to effectively start from scratch as a newly formed UK registered charity setup as an immediate first responder- with the only asset retained being the invaluable experience held by those that have remained in place to continue the efforts that help so many lives. The principle of operation is to insert a small number of specialists and augment each unit with teams of victims.
This is highly effective as it reduces the footprint that is inserted into a disaster location, reducing the sustenance requirement for the relief operators whilst providing a valuable transfer of knowledge to the victims. The team has operated and provided much needed assistance in every major disaster location since its formation, including: the Haitian Earthquake, the Indian Ocean Tsunami, Hurricane Katrina and the floods in India. It is impossible to quantify the number of lives that have been saved.

Humanitarian Operations is unique, not only do we strive to be the first to respond to a disaster, like the earthquake in Haiti and Hurricanes throughout the Caribbean, our fund raising model is unlike any other.
We are in the process of developing a digital game that is free to play with no in-game purchases which will raise money for Humanitarian Operations, to fund its disaster operations.

As we are developing a new digital shopping game using a new form of media.
